01. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the BeatuyCam Lite app and its website. Services are provided by the developer of BeatuyCam Lite ("we" or "us"). Contact us at zpf772593693@gmail.com.

Before use, please read these terms and the Privacy Policy. When you download, install or use the app, you should understand and comply with the terms that apply to you. If you disagree, please stop using it. Invalid or inapplicable provisions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Minors should use the app with a guardian's guidance. If you cannot enter into an agreement independently, your guardian should read and agree before you use it.

02. Features and device requirements

BeatuyCam Lite offers capture, film filters, beauty tools, photo and Live Photo editing, video editing, caption generation, project saving, export and sharing. Available features are determined by the installed version and the actual app interface.

• The app supports iOS and iPadOS 15.0 or later. Live capture, HDR, lens options, resolutions and frame rates depend on device capabilities.
• Captions depend on offline recognition support for your device, system and language. The first download of a language model or retrieval of iCloud media may require a network connection.
• Capture, media browsing, saving and captions require the relevant system permissions. You may deny or revoke permissions, which may make the associated features unavailable.
• Processing time, image quality and previews depend on the source media, parameters, device performance, storage space and playback environment. Please check the final export.

Images and filter samples on this website illustrate effects and do not guarantee the same result for every source image.

03. License and software rights

Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeatuyCam Lite on compatible devices you own or control. Except as allowed by law or a separate license, you may not copy, redistribute or sell the app itself without authorization, remove rights notices or circumvent security measures.

Software, designs, text, logos and other materials in the app and website to which we hold rights are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party and open-source components follow their respective licenses; see the license notices included with the app. These terms do not restrict rights expressly granted by open-source licenses or applicable law.

04. Your media and work

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the photos, videos, audio, text and creative content you provide. Editing with the app does not transfer those rights to us. Your use of the app alone does not authorize us to publish or promote your work.

Please ensure you have the right to use, edit and share imported media, including music, other people's likenesses and text. When using another person's image, voice or personal information, obtain necessary authorization or have another lawful basis. Follow the destination platform's rules when sharing work.

For commercial use, verify that all media and related rights are licensed. These terms do not give you additional rights to third-party materials you are not authorized to use.

05. Responsible use

Use the app lawfully. Do not infringe others' copyright, image rights, privacy or other lawful interests, create or distribute illegal content, or disrupt the software and related services by tampering with the app, exploiting vulnerabilities maliciously or other means.

Beauty and image adjustments are for creative expression. Avoid using edited content for deception, impersonation or other unlawful activities. You are responsible as applicable for the media you choose, your edits and your publications.

06. Saving, backups and sharing

Projects and editing parameters are primarily stored on your device. The app does not provide developer-hosted cloud backup. Export or back up important content promptly. Device failure, insufficient storage, deleting the app, accidentally deleting media or restoring the system may affect project availability.

Editing projects, exported copies in the system photo library, original media and system backups may be stored separately. Deleting one does not automatically delete the others; manage each as needed. After system sharing, the destination app or service provider determines how content is retained and deleted.

Before exporting, review framing, colors, captions, audio and the final content, especially across different devices or HDR playback environments.

07. Privacy and third-party services

Our handling of images, face data, captions, location and support email is described in the Privacy Policy. The system manages permissions; granting access does not authorize us to use content for purposes unrelated to the feature.

The app may use Apple system services, including the photo library, iCloud media retrieval, speech model downloads and system sharing. Third-party services you choose are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or data processing.

08. Downloads and charges

The download price is the price shown in the App Store in your region at the time. The current app has no in-app subscriptions or purchases, and this website does not charge you to use the app.

If paid features are introduced in the future, their prices, features and conditions will be explained before purchase, which you must actively confirm. App Store payments and refunds follow Apple's applicable rules. Network data, device and third-party service costs are set by their providers.

09. Updates, availability and stopping use

We may update, change or discontinue some features to improve the experience, compatibility or security, or meet legal requirements, and provide explanations appropriate to the change. Not every older device, system or language will continue to support every feature.

You may stop using or delete the app at any time. Stopping use does not automatically delete exported, backed-up or shared content. Terms concerning media rights, prior actions and obligations that must legally continue remain applicable as necessary.

10. Liability and scope

We will maintain the app reasonably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all devices, media and environments. Captions and image processing may contain inaccuracies; review them before use or publication.

Responsibility for issues caused by unavailable third-party services, device or system failure, failure to back up important content or improper operation is determined by the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or diminish your legal consumer protections.

11. Disputes

If an issue arises, please email us first with the facts and what you are requesting. We will try to resolve it through communication. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be taken to an authority with lawful jurisdiction under applicable law.

Interpretation and performance of these terms are subject to applicable law, especially mandatory consumer and personal information protections where you live. If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining lawful provisions remain effective.

12. Updates and contact

These terms may change as the actual service changes, with the update date shown on this page. For changes materially affecting your rights or requiring renewed consent, we will provide appropriate notice and act under applicable law.
